Placed an order for a men's jacket but got sent two women's sweatshirts and women's shoes instead. When I contacted customer service about returning the items, they agreed to arrange a pickup. Unfortunately, the delivery company attempted to collect the package three separate times and never actually showed up any of those times. After the first failed pickup attempt, I asked if I could just get a refund since the process wasn't working, but they refused and said the items had to be physically returned first. It's now been over a week since that conversation and I haven't heard anything back from them or received my money. I'm stuck with clothes I never wanted, I'm out the cash, and I've wasted way too much time dealing with this mess. Not a company I'd recommend to anyone.
