They demanded photos from multiple angles which was annoying. Plus I paid eighty dollars in tariff fees. Don't buy anything on sale from them because they're clearing out old stock. The candles were supposed to be high end, but I'm totally let down by the quality and overall experience.
Terrible service. They weren't transparent about import charges, and honestly their website makes it hard to figure out they're not even a US company. I ordered two designer chairs and only received one. Getting the second one was a total hassle - they made me jump through hoops even though the mistake was on their end. Won't be ordering again. Update: What their support person won't mention in their response is that it took almost six weeks to fix this. It was obvious from day one that it was their error, but they kept making me deal with bureaucratic nonsense and took days between responses. A real company would have sent the missing chair within a week.
Don't count on delivery dates from these folks, even if you pay extra for expedited shipping. The quick replies are nice but they're pretty much useless - just generic nonsense with no real help. Skip this store. Also, after waiting 10 days being told my package would ship soon, it finally did go out but got stuck at the border because they didn't include proper paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous.

Major red flag with this company. I bought something and tried to return it, but they wouldn't accept it. They claimed the item came damaged, but I hadn't even opened the sealed box yet. Either they shipped it damaged or packed it poorly. When I asked for my money back, they refused and supposedly sent the item back to me with wrong customs paperwork. It got stuck at customs and came back to them. Now they've gone silent. It's been two months and I'm out both the money and my original purchase. Stay away from these people. They'll probably respond to this acting like they care, but don't believe it. Their promises mean nothing.

Got a broken product and nothing's been fixed! Since January I've sent tons of pictures and zero resolution. I get one response a week at best. This is unacceptable.
Great communication and the products matched what was advertised and came at a solid price point. The packaging was really thoughtful. They use UPS for shipping which isn't always reliable, but one of my shipments went fine. The other one UPS claimed nobody was home when that wasn't true. Still, overall it was a great experience and I've already ordered again.
