I've ordered from FrankBros many times over the years and they're a solid, responsive company that you can trust. I'd highly recommend them except for one issue: fragile items like plates and teapots often arrive broken. To their credit, they've refunded me fully every time without argument, but it's annoying to have to take videos and send pictures for their review process each time. I felt bad because I want them to succeed and make good profit instead of dealing with claims. I even tried showing them how other retailers pack porcelain properly, but they said they couldn't change their methods. It's a shame because their poor packing approach is definitely costing them business.
My time with FrankBros has been really disappointing. The customer service team took forever to respond to my issues, we're talking more than a month. Absolutely awful service! Bought a set of six wine glasses that should have been different colors, but they sent me duplicates. When I complained, they told me I'd have to send everything back and reorder from scratch. Their return process is a nightmare - confusing paperwork, wrong documents they gave me, and responses that take forever. I've been stuck dealing with this for weeks with nothing resolved. Total waste of time, don't bother with them.
Picked up a book about Forte dei Marmi. My only suggestion would've been to have more interior page samples shown. Would've been nice to preview what the inside looks like.

This is a seriously questionable retailer. I ordered what turned out to be an expensive chair and it never showed up. They fed me conflicting stories about it being returned by the carrier and also being out of stock. Got a refund with their recommendation to reorder at a discount, so I did, which was foolish. My second order vanished supposedly lost in shipping. I even contacted the courier directly myself about both packages and they had zero information about either one. FrankBros then told me while I was still waiting for the second refund to just place a third order. Absolutely bonkers. This company is totally unreliable and I'm shocked they even operate.
Really sketchy operation. I placed an order for an expensive chair and it never arrived. When I reached out, they gave me two different stories - first saying the carrier sent it back, then saying it was out of stock. They issued a refund and suggested I reorder with a 10% discount, which I did. Big mistake. That order also disappeared supposedly lost in the mail. So I contacted the actual courier myself to track down both packages, and they told me they had no record of either shipment. FrankBros then advised me to just place the order again for the third time! This is insane. The company seems completely unreliable and I have no idea how they stay in business.
Really terrible. I ordered some glasses as my first purchase and apparently they ran out of stock, so they cancelled my order. Nobody told me until I checked and realized nothing was coming. I asked for a refund and have requested it three separate times. Still haven't seen the money three months later. Don't bother ordering from here.
