They take your money, tell you there's a six week delay, you wait six weeks and follow up, then it takes them a week to respond saying it's another six weeks. Now I'm trying to get a refund and dreading how painful that's going to be. Just avoid.
FrankBros customer service is terrible, full of robotic responses that don't actually solve anything. If you're in the US, I'd warn you to stay away. They don't have their export paperwork handled, so your stuff will end up stuck in customs and they won't lift a finger to help or even tell you what's going on. There are way better companies out there with actual customer support.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. After they offered me a 10% discount code that didn't work, I spent way too much time going back and forth with customer service. We've texted at least 10 times and they keep giving me different excuses, even asking me to prove I got the code from them. My honest advice is to shop literally anywhere else.
