Sorted by: Most recentOrdered something for the holidays and ended up with an incomplete package. I tried reaching out to the company through email since that's their only contact option. Unfortunately, they've been pretty unhelpful. Their customer service responses seem to be automated and they're confusing and unclear. I've sent multiple emails back and forth, and the automated responses keep saying my replacement item is being shipped, but it never actually arrives. The product itself is great, but the support you get when something goes wrong is basically non existent. I'm still waiting for my missing item and haven't been able to get real help. I can't recommend ordering from them.
