What Shoppers Say About RUN goodr
RUN goodr sunglasses receive overwhelmingly negative feedback from most shoppers, with durability emerging as the primary concern. Multiple reviewers report structural failures including snapped arms, broken hinges, and peeling mirrored coatings occurring within months of purchase. Beyond the build quality issues, shoppers express frustration with the company's customer service approach, noting that warranty denials just past the one-year mark feel dismissive even when defects appear in normal use. One satisfied customer praised the build quality and value, but this positive experience stands alone against a pattern of complaints about premature wear and lack of support.
The recurring theme across negative reviews centers on frame brittleness and durability shortfalls given the price point. Shoppers describe the plastic frames as insufficient for regular use, with some reporting issues on their sixth wear or after only six weeks of careful handling. The warranty policy, while present, appears to create friction when customers seek replacements for failures that occur slightly outside the one-year window. For runners seeking durable eyewear at this price level, current reviews suggest RUN goodr may not deliver the longevity expected.

Sorted by: Most recentUsed to love goodr and had great luck with their products for years, but this time I got a pair with major defects on the lenses that looked like black stickers stuck all over them. When I reached out asking if they could replace them, they basically said no since they were slightly past the one year mark. Their response felt dismissive and I'm really let down. Not planning to shop with them again and I'm letting my friends know to look elsewhere. This company used to have better customer service and I expected more from them.
These sunglasses fell apart way too fast. After owning them for about eighteen months, the right arm broke clean off the frame on only the sixth time wearing them. When I called the company about it, they wouldn't help because they said the warranty was expired. The plastic just isn't sturdy enough. These don't hold up over time and I wouldn't recommend them.
Really disappointed. The left arm just snapped right at the hinge even though I was super careful with these for about six weeks.
The style looked nice and they seemed perfect for running, but the durability is just not there. I've owned three pairs and every single one had issues. The mirrored coating starts peeling off if you clean them. Plus the frames get brittle and the arms snap off really easily when you put them on. At this price, you're basically looking at replacing them every year or so. That's not great value for money or the planet if you ask me. You'd be better off paying more upfront for something that actually lasts.
