Sorted by: Most recentGot a pair of sheet pans - one yellow, one blue. The yellow one picked up stains really badly just from baking cookies on it, and nothing even burned. Contacted the company to see what could be done. Turns out there's no warranty or coverage at all. They basically told me "light colors stain" and "try using parchment paper." Why wouldn't they mention this before you buy? It's literally sold as a baking sheet! I've tried every trick I know to get rid of those stains and nothing works.
Love the quality of the pans, dutch oven, and sheet pans - they're genuinely great! The shipping and handling though? Total mess. Our entire order came in one box with basically no padding or protective wrapping. One of the pans got damaged in transit. We emailed customer service and got told it would take about two weeks just to hear back. Pretty frustrating when you're excited to use new cookware and instead you're waiting around and sending multiple emails asking for updates. They did send a replacement, which we're grateful for, but the slow response time really put a damper on things. Probably won't order again unless they speed up their customer service. The products themselves deserve better.
