I wish I could give this negative five stars. Someone from housekeeping stole four hundred dollars from my daughter's wallet while we were there. There's a sign saying staff shouldn't enter the room. Management actually admitted to us that the key reader and security cameras both showed they did go inside. Yet they're refusing to return the four hundred dollars.

The Colorado location is our go to spot. Overall our family has had fantastic experiences, even though the cost is pretty steep. Our kids have consistently had a blast from the time they were young. We've been loyal customers since the Colorado resort opened and we also check out the Texas location occasionally.

We're big fans of the Colorado location. Our whole family has had wonderful experiences there, though it's definitely pricey. Great Wolf Lodge could be an awesome vacation spot, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. This resort loads on tons of hidden charges that pile up incredibly fast. That 150 per night rate quickly becomes 300 per night once you add the waterpark access fees and other stuff. It's ridiculous how they mislead people about what things actually cost.
