Be careful because your final order confirmation email might not match what you actually ordered. If you click around like you would on a normal website, you could end up with double the quantity and double the cost in your final order, which seems illegal. When I contacted customer service about an order placed just ten minutes before, they said no refunds and there was nothing they could do about it.
This company operates under the name Home and Cook Sales. I placed an order and got an order confirmation. Then nothing. A week went by and my order still showed processing, so I emailed them asking if something was wrong. They sent back a short email saying orders take seven to ten business days to process. I couldn't figure out why cookware would need that long, so I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Nearly a week later the order finally arrived with no shipping notification. Since the items were okay, I cancelled the dispute the next day. A week after that, Home and Cook sent me a nasty, threatening email saying they were going to destroy my credit if I didn't pay. I will never shop from Home and Cook Sales ever again. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is because that's the lowest option available.
I bought several items and two of them came with defects that made them unusable. I have an electric stove with a flat top and ordered a 12 inch fry pan that's warped and won't sit flat. This ruins the cooking performance and the pan rocks back and forth, which is grinding up my stove top surface. That's not acceptable. I called to ask about returning it and they said no. The website just says all sales are final and mentions products might have flaws but will still work. Mine doesn't work at all because it's warped. After pushing back, I found someone willing to do a return with a restocking fee and they said they'd mail me a box.
