Put in an order and paid extra for fast shipping but it never showed up. Don't waste your time trying to get help from their customer service either.

I ordered monogrammed leather wraps and two whiskey glasses. The delivery was fast enough, but the products are basically useless. The wraps are way too large for the glasses. The leather sits too high and makes it nearly impossible to drink from without being really uncomfortable.

Placed an order for something that showed as available, but got a message the next day saying it was gone. When I called to ask what was up, the customer service rep told me they actually had it in stock. Then I get another email saying it's ready to ship. A week passes and boom, another email saying it's unavailable and I either wait 3-4 weeks or pick something else. Total ripoff. Stay away from this place. The reviews on their site seem fake and they appear to remove any feedback that calls them out.

Do not order from this place. These people are running a scam operation. I bought a flag display case with plenty of time before my dad's memorial and paid for 2 day delivery, but they sent it ground instead. They didn't even provide a tracking number. Still haven't gotten it three days later and my dad's memorial happened without his flag properly displayed. I've tried calling multiple times and nobody picks up. I'm telling everyone to steer clear of this business.

Spent fifty bucks on a personalized cigar box and got back a basic wooden box that looks like it cost three dollars tops, made by a craft brand. After looking at their website more closely, I've gotta say I'm impressed by how they pull off this operation. I asked for my money back but I'm not holding my breath.

Got a glass ship decanter with a pourer. My son-in-law spotted one on a different site but I thought this version looked way more elegant. Arrived within the week and everything was packaged really nicely. Much appreciated.

Not a scam at all! I wanted to leave a review because I recently picked up a gift for my father's birthday and he was thrilled with it. Grabbed him a decanter set since his collection was getting out of control and my mom was starting to lose it. This is my second purchase from them and everything went smoothly both times. I've seen some complaints saying this is a scam, but honestly my experience has been solid. Sure, the engraving on the glasses can sometimes look a little faint, but the actual quality of the items is really nice.

I placed an order online just after midnight and immediately realized I messed up the initials. So I sent an email right away at 1 AM asking them to fix it before they shipped anything out. Got a response at 7 AM saying since they're on central time they can't change or cancel orders. Unbelievable. I spent over a hundred fifty dollars on a gift that they're going to send out with the wrong initials on it. I tried calling but got a voicemail saying not to call and to email instead. They called me back hours later and flat out refused to make any changes or cancel. So my husband's anniversary gift is going to show up with the incorrect initials and there's nothing they'll do about it.

This is a total scam operation. I placed an order on June 9th with an estimated delivery of 4 to 5 business days and nothing on their site mentioned any delays. Never heard anything from them about my order so I reached out by email. They responded saying things are backed up due to pandemic issues. But again, their website had zero information about this. Meanwhile they were flooding inboxes with emails promising Father's Day delivery and asking people to order ASAP because it was guaranteed. Three days before the holiday they were still making these promises. Well it's now Father's Day and the item hasn't even shipped yet. They're still blasting people with emails swearing Father's Day delivery is guaranteed. This is a complete con. Don't fall for it.

This is honestly one of the worst experiences I've had ordering online. Their customer service is basically nonexistent and the company is unreliable. They didn't deliver a birthday gift I ordered on time even though I paid for two day shipping, and they won't respond to anything. I'm warning people to go somewhere else.
