I wish I could give zero stars because this company absolutely deserves it. I paid for their Concierge VIP membership and the diffuser keeps malfunctioning with a red light flashing. When I try to get help from their support team, they can't actually fix anything. They just pass you around from one person to the next. Call them and you're on hold forever, email them and they tell you to call instead. It's a runaround. I don't usually write reviews but their service is so terrible I had to let people know.

Jose R from customer service was fantastic. He responded quickly, really understood my problem with the website scent selection, and got everything sorted for me. The scents smell great and my diffusers are working perfectly without any issues. Even on a low setting they last a really long time if you're not running them around the clock.

Initially I was really upset with this company. The pictures looked amazing but once I paid, everything fell apart. The customer service was awful and the product arrived defective. I felt completely scammed and wanted to warn everyone. Then a representative named Deric reached out to me. He was genuinely kind and actually listened to what happened. He fixed the situation by sending me the oils I should have gotten from the start. Now my home smells incredible, like I'm staying at a luxury hotel. I'm grateful that someone at this company actually cared enough to make it right. Deric has integrity and really went above and beyond. Because of him, I trust this company again and I'm willing to order from them in the future. I just hope they hire more people like him.

I see tons of negative reviews but I've had the complete opposite experience. Sure, not every company makes everyone happy, but nobody seems to write reviews unless they're angry about something. I actually have my sales rep's personal cell phone number because I purchased directly through their website. She's always super kind even when I text her at weird hours. I know the time zone difference between Texas and Florida sometimes affects response time but she's always been helpful anyway. I started with a smaller, cheaper model and loved it so much I called them back to upgrade. They let me send the first one back and shipped me the bigger size no problem. Island Life and My Way are my favorite scents and I can't imagine my house without this diffuser. As a mom of four with two dogs, it's amazing to come home to a place that smells like pure heaven. I've been with them almost a year now and have the five hundred milliliter monthly subscription. Their tech support is really helpful too even though I'm not handy at all. I genuinely recommend this company.
