Extremely disappointed with how this company operates. My order still hasn't shown up after two months and they refuse to issue a refund. I won't be ordering from them again.

Absolutely awful. Will never shop here again. I purchased a helmet and skates, kept the helmet and tried to return the skates since they didn't meet my expectations. They provided a return label but then slapped me with a $15 shipping charge just because I put the helmet in the same box to avoid wasting materials. When I called to discuss this, a manager refused to do anything about it even though the label was only meant for the skates. I spent $200 on a helmet from them and got charged extra as a thank you for being considerate about packaging efficiency. This company doesn't care about customers or the environment. STAY AWAY.

Great shipping rates for international orders. I play hockey in the UK where decent shops are basically nonexistent, so my whole team shops online. Usually ordering from the US kills you with shipping costs and import fees which makes small purchases impossible. But this place has a worldwide shipping option for just $15 on smaller orders which is way more reasonable. Their service has always been solid and I'd definitely recommend them.
