Don't waste your time here. This is a scam operation. I tried to place an order for a book and the system wouldn't process it properly. I had to check my account carefully to make sure nothing was charged. The entire website is broken and unreliable. Skip this place and shop somewhere else.

This place has an impressive collection of tech and IT books with solid discounts appearing regularly on newly released titles. Shipping takes several days rather than being instant like you'd get from larger retailers, but there's something nice about buying directly from the publisher. The discounts more than make up for the slightly longer wait time.

It's been over a week since I placed my order and it's still stuck in 'in process' status. They promised 24 hour shipping on their site, but nothing has shipped yet. I've sent three emails to their support team with zero responses, and my first message was six days ago. I'm frustrated that nobody's getting back to me, and I'm not even sure how to request a refund at this point. Their customer service is completely unresponsive and terrible. I'll be leaving negative feedback everywhere I can find.

I'm raising my rating from one star to four because they did ultimately fix the problem and their apology was reasonable given the circumstances.

The listing showed what looked like a full PDF download of a specific title, so I thought I was buying the complete book. After paying and downloading, I discovered it was only one page. I went back and read more carefully and realized my mistake. I emailed customer service right away, and the next morning I got a response from their team apologizing for the confusion. They issued a full refund to my card without any hassle. The product wasn't what I expected, but I have to give them credit for their responsive and helpful customer service team.
