The products themselves are fine quality but the return policy is terrible. They make you pay for returns no matter what, even if something's defective. That's a dealbreaker for me. There are tons of other shops selling the same brands with actual free returns, so why bother with them.

Really upset - first time ordering with them on Black Friday and their main courier DPD lost my package. I ordered Friday November 24th expecting delivery in 3 to 4 days. Didn't hear anything until I called them Wednesday December 4th to find out it was missing. No one even bothered to contact me about it. Now the hard part is getting my money back. I've had to call and email their customer service multiple times and each time the story changes. Still waiting to get my refund. I don't even care about the box anymore, I just want my cash back. It seems like they couldn't care less about their shoppers.
