I renewed my subscription through the app and the system made a completely new empty vault instead of keeping my old one. My original vault had over 400 logins, documents, and notes and it just became locked away. Support gave me generic responses that didn't help at all and never recovered anything. There was no warning, no sync, nothing. This isn't a password manager, it's a trap for your data. I'm done with them.
This company is completely unresponsive to false positive complaints about websites. I have a client whose site got flagged on the blacklist for over a month now. I've submitted correction requests twice using their form and haven't received a single response. Other vendors have been helpful and fixed the issue, but without getting Kaspersky to whitelist the site too, my client is stuck. I did everything right to fix their site and move them to a better host, but now I'm just waiting for this company to step up. If they keep ignoring these submissions, I'll be sharing my experience on every review platform I can find.
I can't cancel my account. Even after deleting everything, it still shows that auto-renewal will happen. I had to cancel my entire credit card and get a new one issued. I also found out the company has connections to Russia's security services and the founder has ties to Putin, so after what happened in Ukraine I'm getting away from this anyway. I switched to a different brand.

Had Kaspersky antivirus for about a year and it always seemed to block my wifi connection. I bought Total Security for my new iMac and it's been a complete failure. Both quick scans and full scans constantly freeze up. When a quick scan does work, it's only sometimes. Full scans just get stuck at 1% and claim it needs 60 hours to finish but never actually progress past 1%. This is a widespread problem based on what I've read online. My Mac is brand new with an SSD, six-core processor, and maxed out memory running the latest OS, so it's definitely not a hardware issue. I looked into it and other users report the same thing with no fix from Kaspersky. I uninstalled it and tried a well-known competitor that completed a full scan in 20 minutes with no problems.
I'm from the former Soviet Union and based on what I know, Kaspersky Lab is basically KGB Lab. Not interested.
This has got to be one of the worst programs I've installed on my Mac. The antivirus blocked almost everything I tried to access, including Gmail and my Amazon account. Getting it off my computer was a nightmare. I had to dig around online to find their uninstall tool just to completely remove it from my system.
