Kaspersky Lab Denmark Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Kaspersky Lab Denmark
Kaspersky Lab Denmark receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 19 reviews averaging 1.5 out of 5. The most serious complaints center on data loss (particularly involving the Password Manager losing access to vaults containing hundreds of credentials), unresponsive customer support, and difficulty canceling subscriptions or stopping unauthorized charges. Multiple reviewers report that canceling auto-renewal subscriptions is confusing and time-consuming, and several describe unauthorized or hard-to-cancel recurring charges requiring credit card replacement. Additional concerns include unresponsive handling of false positive website blacklist complaints and system issues after uninstalling the software that allegedly disabled Windows Defender.
A small minority of reviewers gave higher ratings (5 percent five-star and 5 percent three-star reviews), though the provided excerpts do not contain positive feedback. The overwhelming pattern across negative reviews reflects serious concerns about data management, billing practices, and the quality of customer support. Some reviewers also cite geopolitical concerns related to the company's Russian origins and founder connections.

Sorted by: Most recentKaspersky support strung me along only to tell me I was outside the 14-day return window. They kept giving me runaround answers that I kept responding to, but the real problem is their installation instructions for multiple licenses don't work at all. Their website is frustrating and hard to navigate, and looking at all the negative reviews I understand why they won't give refunds even when you have a legitimate dispute with them. You've been warned.
I paid for Kaspersky to protect against a firmware rootkit or bootkit on my computer and phone, and I got nothing. I sent them logs, screen captures, videos showing unusual CPU temperature and battery drain, core processes disabled, abnormal CPU activity, GPS spoofing, cell ID spoofing, and evidence of remote control over WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC. I gave them tons of proof that any security expert would recognize. But all they kept asking for was an AIDA64 log, and after I provided it they just did nothing. You pay for this service and there's no actual support whatsoever.
I've been using KIS for 8 years through my bank account and it works perfectly. The bank knows quality when they see it.
I'd been using a different antivirus for years and wanted to try Kaspersky. It was okay when things worked, but the customer support was mediocre and not available 24/7 like some competitors. I also had issues where something got through and I had to restart Windows 10 multiple times. The whole thing felt like it was weighing my laptop down and wasn't actually protecting me well. Switched to something else and wouldn't recommend this.
Really frustrated with how confusing Kaspersky's product naming and website navigation are. I bought Total Security for Android, but when I followed the instructions to the download page, I got totally lost. Eventually I found a link and downloaded what seemed like the right thing, used my activation code from the scratch-off card, and installed it. But honestly, I have no idea if what I ended up with matches what I actually purchased. The product itself might work fine, but the whole experience from browsing to downloading was a mess. You guys seriously need to clean up your interface and make it way more user-friendly.
The customer service from this company is absolutely terrible and they simply don't care about fixing their mistakes. My Kaspersky product randomly stopped working after six months with no warning, leaving my family completely unprotected. When I contacted them, they said my copy was fake and demanded I send over scans, receipts, and packaging. Lucky for me I still had everything and sent it in. Then they blamed a retailer for the problem and eventually gave me back a month's worth of coverage plus a code, but refused to give me any real apology or explanation. They keep dodging my follow-ups and told me they don't even have a complaints department. I had to keep pushing just to find out the name of the person I was actually talking to. The whole thing has been incredibly frustrating.
I'd been using Kaspersky Internet Security for about two years without major problems, though my PC did slow down sometimes. On one date I renewed my subscription and paid, then a month later I decided to upgrade to Total Security because I was still having performance issues. I paid for that too and emailed them asking if they could credit back my recent renewal since I thought upgrading meant I didn't need both. They didn't respond, so I emailed again. Eventually they said yes, I'd paid for both KIS and Total Security and both were active. I explained I didn't want that, thinking an upgrade would replace the other one, but they told me the complaint window had passed even though they admitted I probably overpaid. I called and spoke to someone who promised to help, but nothing happened. More than two weeks went by with no follow-up, and as an older woman on a tight budget, this kind of treatment is pretty disheartening.
The internet security itself is really solid and I loved using it. My only major issue is that once I installed it, my whole computer became incredibly slow. I mean, it takes forever just to load things. You really need to optimize the performance because I would have been loyal to your company for years otherwise.
