Tried different milk types but same result every time. This is a terrible machine. Emailed their support team asking for a return and refund, and they responded pretty quickly but just pointed me to a video instead of actually discussing the return. Doesn't make sense. I wish I'd read the reviews first because most people have had awful experiences with Keurig. Don't throw your money away on these products.
The unit died after just 3 days. I contacted customer service but the people I spoke with clearly needed better training. They promised a replacement, but then sent me a cancellation email right after we hung up. I'm heading back to Walmart for a different brand.
This is the second K-Supreme unit we've bought and both stopped powering on after about 10 uses. The first one was for our son who didn't use it much anyway since he prefers his espresso machine, but when he finally wanted to try it, nothing happened. So we got another one for ourselves and the exact same thing occurred. We barely touched ours either, but when we went to use it, it had no power. We checked YouTube videos about the K-Supreme and learned this is a widespread issue with this model. Called customer service and they walked us through troubleshooting steps we'd already done, but it still wouldn't turn on. They won't fix it or send a replacement. Instead they offered 20% off a new one. Not acceptable.
Spent over $100 on a Keurig machine with charcoal filter as an upgrade, but after just over 2 years of light use, it's now just a piece of recyclable plastic. Based on my experience, I really can't recommend Keurig to anyone looking for quality.
Delivery times to the west coast were way off. They said 2 to 3 business days but it took 5 to 6. Shipping was marked as expedited too. Also had to send several emails just to get a buy one get one coupon after buying a coffee maker. The package got left at the post office after an unsuccessful home delivery attempt, even though the address had a buzzer code.
We chose to order from Keurig.ca to support a different retailer instead of going with Amazon or Walmart. Since it was a holiday purchase, we planned for extra time. The selection of flavored coffee and coffee makers is impressive. Our shipment arrived in just 3 business days by Canada Post and was nicely packaged with tracking available the whole way. Couldn't be happier with this experience and we're definitely coming back for more coffee. Telling everyone we know about it too.
