The products here are excellent quality. I've never had issues with anything I've purchased. When I needed to swap something out because I'd picked the wrong size, their support staff got back to me quickly and sent replacements right away. The one thing I wish is that they'd bring back the longer boy shorts they used to have - I really loved those. The standard boy shorts they carry now are fantastic though. I've picked up several different styles and genuinely like each one. Would definitely recommend to others. The sizing matches what you'd expect.

The material feels quite bulky and doesn't feel pleasant against your skin. It basically feels like wearing an actual pad. The major issue is that everything is marked as final sale, which they don't make obvious anywhere on their site. Buy something to test it out and dislike it? Your only option is trading it for something else that you'll probably dislike just as much given the quality problem.

The product itself is fantastic! But their ordering website is absolutely terrible. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! My honest recommendation? Order your Knix through Amazon or another retailer instead. Here's why: if anything goes wrong during checkout, you can't fix it at all! I carefully entered my temporary address in the shipping field, but the system automatically replaced it with an old address from previous orders without asking. I didn't catch this until after submitting. I asked to cancel immediately but was told that wasn't possible. Now when I return the package that went to the wrong place, they're saying I can't get a refund - just store credit. That's absolutely ridiculous!

The actual product is pretty solid, but the second anything goes sideways you're dealing with an absolute nightmare of customer service. AWFUL! I wouldn't recommend these to anyone because when something inevitably goes wrong, customers get left hanging.

I'm pretty shocked reading through all these negative comments online. Both the actual products and how they treat customers have been fantastic for me. Of course, I'm buying from the Canadian side of things, but I'd be genuinely surprised if the US operation runs that differently.

My order got delivered to the wrong address. Once I finally received it, the protection level wasn't right either. I'd requested light flow but got medium instead. The packaging clearly shows these are medium flow rated and way thicker than what I wear daily. I reached out yesterday and still haven't heard back about fixing this. I'm really let down. I bought from them 4 or 5 years back and loved those pairs so much I wore holes in them - they really held up. All I wanted was fresh replacements and I was genuinely excited. Now this whole thing's become a nightmare.

I was happy with an earlier purchase of their period underwear. My daughter had a bra she didn't like and gave it to me, and I loved it so I wanted to order more. Unfortunately, the two new bras were totally different materials and neither fit right. Since one was discounted, they refused a refund but offered store credit instead. That was months ago and I've sent tons of emails - still nothing. The company shows zero effort or follow-up and their support is basically nonexistent. After many more attempts I eventually got a refund and some store credit, but there's nothing left to actually purchase with it.

Skip ordering from this place. They simply don't respond to messages. I made an order and five days went by with zero word on whether it shipped or got held up or anything at all. I reached out twice by email and never got a single response.

Don't buy from this company if you ever need to make a change, return something, or get any type of customer support. Within a couple minutes of submitting an online order, I realized I'd picked the wrong payment method. I tried their chat feature to fix it but got nowhere. I then asked to cancel so I could place a new order with correct payment info. All of this happened in roughly 10 minutes! Two hours later an email arrived saying my order had already gone to the warehouse (which seems completely false) and couldn't be cancelled. Nobody provided actual contact names, email addresses, or any other resources to actually talk to someone.

Avoid ordering from this brand! If your items don't fit properly, you're out of luck with no real solutions. Getting help with exchanges or returns means email only - no actual people to talk to. Details get mixed up constantly through writing back and forth. They claim you can return anything anytime you're unhappy, yet they make the whole process nearly impossible and refunds are even worse. I ordered my standard size and even measured myself like they suggested, but the bras fit way too tight. A rep told me to wash them multiple times to stretch them out, which makes no sense. I've asked several times via email for help finishing my return. Despite getting responses from their team, they keep sending a return link that doesn't work. It's incredibly frustrating and I won't be purchasing again. I'd encourage others to stay away until they fix their return and support system.
