Got the Upland field vest and had to make some modifications. Removed the top buckle and switched it out with a carabiner to get a better fit on my pack. Also took off the support bars since I'd never use the extended configuration anyway. The water bottle pockets feel kind of oversized too. Beyond those tweaks, it's a pretty solid vest overall.

I've got three main problems with this company. First, they don't actually back their products, which you can see proven all over the web with tons of complaints. Second, their sizing is way off compared to regular clothing brands. I'm a 36 in pants and typically wear 2X in shirts even though I work out constantly, but I'm no bodybuilder. Their clothes fit super tight around joints unless you go several sizes up, then you're drowning in it. Third issue is you can order the same design in three different items and guaranteed one will have a different color tone than the other two. Sure, the deer won't care, but you're paying top dollar for that stuff and the workmanship is mediocre.

I've placed two orders with this company and the first one went fine, but the second one never showed up. The tracking number doesn't work with either of the major carriers and I can't even call them because the phone number listed on their site is wrong. After emailing them more than five times, I just get the same generic responses that don't actually help. You really need to be careful with this company because their customer service is basically nonexistent, yet they're more than happy to charge you for items that never arrive.
