The helmet works okay, but I'm really let down by how things went. The pictures on the site showed this helmet with a white vent, and that's basically why I bought it. When it showed up, the vent was actually red instead. The company admitted their website photo was wrong. They said they'd talk to the manufacturer about it, but then they just stopped responding after I reached out a few times. The only thing they offered was a discount code for next time, which doesn't help me out since I'm ordering from overseas. I really hoped they would've taken this more seriously, especially when it was their mistake with the product photos.
