I was still able to return stuff so I asked if they could adjust the price for me. They said absolutely not and told me to return everything instead. The thing is, these pieces are heavy and a pain to ship back, and they know that. They're counting on people not wanting to deal with returns to avoid giving refunds. This is straight up not how you treat customers. Terrible service from a company that's clearly mismanaged. That was my last order from them. Don't bother ordering if you value good customer treatment.
Don't bother ordering. Had a terrible experience. Snagged the Spice Village set right after the email came out when there were still plenty available. Kept checking and it wasn't disappearing quickly. I was thrilled thinking I'd finally gotten it. Everything confirmed and they said shipping details coming soon. Three weeks later they cancel it. Asked what happened and they claim it sold out, but that's baloney. I checked after and it was still available. Their response was something about canceling orders randomly to be fair so everyone gets a shot? That makes zero sense. You can't actually sell something and then decide randomly who gets it without a legitimate reason. Said they'd add me to newsletters for when it restocks, but there's zero point since they don't actually care. I begged to be added to a priority list for the next release and they refused. Getting this close to finally having it and then having them snatch it away was the absolute worst.

Canceled twice and won't help. They've canceled my Spice Village order two times now. When I pushed back they basically said too bad because they can't process PayPal payments? Then why is it even an option to pay with PayPal on your website? This is ridiculous. I've been waiting for months trying to get this and they act like they couldn't care less. Got an email saying they hope I visit the site again and buy more stuff like nothing happened. This company is completely insane.
Really let down by what I got. If you're thinking about buying the Butterfly Meadow bunny collection, heads up: only the four small plates have bunnies on them. The dinner plates and bowls don't have them, and the cups that do have bunnies are just the tiny ones. So if you want to match your existing Butterfly Meadow stuff with bunny designs, stick to buying only those four small plates. Plus the shipping back is crazy expensive. From now on, if it's not on Amazon, I'm skipping it.
The return experience is a nightmare. This was my worst online shopping experience ever. First off, to return something you have to contact support, there's no online return option. Then they make you pay to ship it back. Even worse, when my item got there they never gave me my money back even though the tracking showed it arrived at their warehouse. I've contacted them so many times and they keep saying the refund is coming, but it never does. I've spent hours just trying to get a basic refund. Stay away if you think there's any chance you'll need to return something.

Long time customer let down. Been purchasing around Thanksgiving for Christmas for 24 years straight. Started texting their support team and they said I had something waiting for personalization. I explained that I'd ordered an ornament that could be personalized but left it blank to get it faster. Turned out my credit card payment got declined. Reordered in the middle of January but PayPal declined that one too. Called and learned I had an unpaid balance from 2022 that was blocking shipment. Got a cancellation notice on the second order the 18th of January. Used the same card through other retailers and everything's arriving next week just fine. This really hurts because I loved having this annual tradition going.
