New management is destroying what made this place great. Level Nine Sports used to be my trusted spot for all our family's skiing gear. Over the past several years, I'd bought 4 different sets of skis from them and every single transaction went smoothly with fantastic service. Then I placed a recent order for another pair of skis, and when I contacted their support team about providing my boot size so they could mount the bindings that came with my purchase, they told me they don't do binding mounting anymore. I'd have to pay over $150 to get it done somewhere else, which totally defeated the purpose of buying the package deal. I canceled right then and there. They've lost a loyal customer.
Really made a difference when it counted. The staff member caught an incorrect link and fixed it right away so I could actually complete my order.
