What Shoppers Say About linksoul.com
LinkSoul.com has received very poor ratings from shoppers, with significant concerns about customer service and product quality. Reviewers report frustrating experiences with order fulfillment delays, unexplained refund deductions, and unresponsive customer support when attempting to resolve issues or cancel orders.
Product performance has also disappointed customers. Shoppers have experienced sizing inconsistencies despite product descriptions claiming oversized fits, and footwear quality issues including blisters after minimal use. The combination of poor service responsiveness and product concerns has left reviewers with negative impressions of their overall experience.

Sorted by: Most recentNever experienced customer service this bad. Wanted to buy a tee shirt but they kept emailing me to push back the delivery date. After almost two months of this back and forth I asked them to just cancel the order. They didn't seem to care about my request at all. Frustrating experience overall.
Got a quarter zip in small even though I normally wear medium because the product reviews said it runs oversized and they advertise free returns, so I figured no risk. Turned out I needed to return it anyway. When my refund came through it was ten dollars short with zero explanation. Emailed to ask what the deduction was about and got back a response saying they don't refund original shipping costs. Yeah they didn't charge me for return shipping which is cool, but that's different from what other retailers mean when they say 'free returns.' They usually give you your full purchase price back. Since shopping online for clothes always involves the possibility of returns, customers should know upfront how that works. I haven't seen anything on their website explaining this shipping fee policy either. Their products are nice looking but pricey, and I won't be ordering from them again.
I don't usually leave negative feedback, but this situation deserves it. Found this brand online and got excited about their slip-on golf shoes since they advertise comfort and look good. Didn't see many customer reviews so I took the chance. Big mistake. Within one round I had bleeding blisters on both heels from the shoe rubbing. Made it to hole 12 before I couldn't take it anymore and actually finished 18 in the cold Michigan weather without shoes. Reached out to the company thinking they'd help, but they just said the shoe had no defects. That was it. Really disappointed with how they handled the situation. Oh, and they apparently remove negative reviews from their site, which explains why their ratings seem inflated. Definitely not happy with this purchase.
