I placed an order for two shoulder braces, two back braces, and an elbow brace back in May and still haven't received anything. They had no problem charging my credit card right away though. Their shipping and customer service are absolutely terrible. I tried calling but nobody picks up. I'm done with them and won't order from this company again. I'm telling everyone to shop with other brands instead. They advertise as USA made, but honestly I'm pretty sure their stuff comes from China anyway. The quality is awful. Don't waste your money on them or you'll be sorry.

When I got through on the phone, the rep said they'd have to look into whether my order shipped or if their system just wasn't updated properly, which doesn't make sense. Either way, their customer service is really bad. I think they're either dragging their feet on shipping or taking the extra money for expedited shipping without actually delivering on it. One agent even suggested they'd ship whenever they felt like it.
