Had a wonderful experience overall. My only wish is that they'd use a different shipping company, but the order got here quickly and everything is absolutely precious. One item needed to be returned because of fit, which isn't really their fault with rompers anyway. My daughter can't stop wearing the Disney princess dresses we got her.

Waited almost two months for my order to ship. They gave me wrong tracking information multiple times and even fake shipping updates. By the time the clothes actually arrived, my son had basically grown out of the size. The patterns looked nice online but in person the stitching is mediocre and some items are poorly made. The adult sizes don't fit right either. Really unsatisfied overall.

Really love this brand! Monica and Andy makes fantastic clothes for kids, and I shop both their main store and warehouse. The quality is outstanding, the materials are safe and dependable for my little ones, prices are competitive, and when I need help they come through. The designs are adorable too. Really disappointed with how this was handled. I ordered two weeks ago and nothing's been processed yet. When I contacted them, they just kept talking about their standard wait times without actually helping. With processing and shipping, you're looking at a month-long wait. That's way too long for high-end baby clothing that only fits for a short window anyway.

The outfits are super cute. Fair warning though: lots of buttons and snaps can be annoying when you're new to dressing a baby. That said, the materials and designs are so nice that it's worth dealing with.

Worst shopping experience I've had. The delivery took forever, items came in the wrong sizes, several pieces had defects, and there were even handwritten marks on the fabric.
