Really disappointed with the targeted wrinkle corrector. I used it exactly as instructed along with their retinol serum and night cream. While I don't have severe wrinkles, I saw absolutely no improvement. I picked it up on sale from a morning show offer. The container sizes were misleading - what looked reasonably priced turned out to be sample size for the cost. I wouldn't recommend it.

The intensive skin peel from Murad is a total waste of money. Use retinol products instead - don't bother with this professional peel because it's basically inactive. I bought mine from a beauty supply store.

Watch out for Murad's order cancellation policy - it's really unfair. I set up an auto-renewal on my first purchase with the longest gap of three months between shipments. After three months passed, I got a reorder confirmation at 12:19am while I was asleep. I didn't need more product and called first thing in the morning at 6am to cancel. They told me they don't cancel orders no matter the timing or shipping status and that I'd have to pay return shipping myself. Quality companies that care about customers allow cancellations when contacted quickly. I'll be paying to send this back and closing my account as soon as I get my refund.

I've been loyal to Murad Environmental Shield moisturizer for over a decade. My skin is sensitive and can't tolerate fragranced products, so this line works perfectly for me. My skin stays healthy and happy. As time went on, I added more from their Hydration collection including a serum, night gel, and facial spray. Everything continues to work well. The customer service has also been great - when items didn't arrive, I called and they immediately resent everything without any hassle. Just remember a little product goes a long way.

I've always liked the Murad vitamin oil and bought it regularly, but I'm done now. The formula itself is solid, but the price has become unreasonable, and they've made the bottle smaller while hiking up the cost. How do they shrink the product and raise the price at the same time? I'm switching to a different vitamin oil brand. Not buying from them anymore.

Paid a lot for the Retinol Youth Serum but the pump doesn't work, making the entire product useless. I can't get through to anyone in customer service. Save yourself the money and skip these products.
