Paid for the five for five membership and only got to redeem two codes before they claimed to be pausing the program. Turns out it wasn't really a pause because they ended it completely. Really not okay. I'm just one of many people this happened to. They kept the $500 from multiple customers and never delivered their promises. Don't give this company any of your money.

The Five for Five deal was a total scam. I could only use two codes before they froze everything and refused to refund anyone. The craftsmanship started out solid but by 2024, the stuff they were sending out was poorly made with cheap leather and rough edges. Won't be ordering again.

Got scammed through their 5 for 5 program. When new owners took over, they refused to honor any commitment to the program, yet they're still using the exact same name and brand. The previous owners were dishonest and the new owners are equally unethical. Don't trust this brand.

Used to be good, but new owners have ruined it. Back in the day, Nisolo had an amazing Five for Five membership where you'd pay $500 upfront and get discount codes for free shoes every six months for five years (10 pairs total, basically $50 per shoe). Then the company went into foreclosure in early 2025 and the new owners refuse to honor those memberships. Instead, they're throwing us a pathetic 25% lifetime discount that doesn't even stack with their other sales. Totally unethical for a company that claims to be about integrity.

Do not shop here. This is completely fraudulent. Like other people have said, new management won't honor the 5 for 5 program that customers paid $500 for and only got 1 or 2 shoes from. Now they're just offering a 25% discount code as if that makes it okay. It's incredibly frustrating and a complete ripoff.

The shoe quality has seriously declined over the eight years I've been buying from them. I used to love these shoes, but then I got caught up in their five for five scam too. It's straight-up fraud to keep taking orders and money while customers have been screwed out of the shoes they paid for. They should at least give refunds if they're not going to deliver the shoes. I can't see myself ever purchasing from them again. Word is they went out of business and got bought by another company, but that's a terrible way to start a new chapter when you're leaving customers empty-handed and betrayed.
