Recently picked up 3 petite pairs at about $180 each after having great luck with them in the past. The fit and fabric on my old pair from 15 years ago blows these new ones away. All 3 styles feel uncomfortable and wrong in different ways. Since I waited too long to return them, I'm stuck trying to sell them somewhere. Really disappointed in the recent quality.

Can't imagine buying jeans anywhere else now. Before finding NYDJ I was stuck with uncomfortable, short-lived pairs. Now I grab styles and colors that actually fit right, usually on sale. Shipping is free both ways, customer service is fantastic, and you rack up reward points with every purchase. Seriously, what else could you want?

Never got the wide leg jeans I ordered for my granddaughter's Christmas gift. Tried reaching out to them via email 3 separate times but they never reply. Called and left messages that went unreturned. Asked for a refund and was completely ignored. This is not how a real company should treat their customers.

The quality was really disappointing. The material felt cheap and didn't seem like it would hold up well over time. Shipping was slow too, and if you need to return something, the costs and process are both a hassle. Won't be coming back.

Just bought the Marilyn Coated Jeans in size 8 but they were too big. When I started the return, the label said my refund would be £60, but I actually paid £72 for them. The amount doesn't match what came out of my account. This is frustrating since I've already ordered two more pairs in size 6 on the way to me. I expect better from this brand name. Really hoping they fix this quickly and get back to me.

Don't bother ordering. The company behind this is Sunrise Brands and you can't get anyone to respond. They won't even cover return shipping if you get sent the wrong item.

I'm honestly confused by some of the negative feedback since my experience went great. Ordered two pairs and they showed up from the USA in about a week. Neither pair worked out for me, but the return process was super simple. Got my refund back within a week too. Couldn't ask for better service. Definitely would shop here again and tell friends about it.

Placed an order over 2 months ago. When I checked in after a month, nothing had shipped. Called again 2 weeks later and got no response. Asked them to cancel and give me my money back since my stuff never left their warehouse. Their reply? They won't do it and want me to request a shipping label to return items I don't even have yet. Their communication is awful and I'm frustrated. Not sure if I'll ever see these jeans.

My order arrived smoothly and the stuff was actually good quality. I returned 2 items due to sizing, and they used DHL which was fine. Everything was going perfect. DHL shows they got my return package on March 5th. Their policy says I should get refund confirmation within 5 to 10 working days. I emailed on day 11 asking where my money went. Nothing back. Emailed again on March 25th. Still nothing. I really think they're ghosting me on purpose. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. I doubt I'll ever see that refund.

Stay away from this place. We bought an expensive pair of jeans and a month later they still haven't shipped anything or given us our money back. Tried calling and emailing tons of times but nobody answers. Even called the UK location thinking they could help, but they said it wasn't their problem and wouldn't lift a finger. We're out the cash with nothing to show for it. Total nightmare. Do not give them your business.
