Pyrexhome Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Pyrexhome
Pyrexhome receives mixed feedback, with shoppers divided sharply on their experience. Those satisfied with purchases praise the quality and durability of Pyrex glass containers, noting that snap-on lids seal well without leaking, and commending fair pricing and careful packaging. However, the majority of reviewers report serious issues with customer service and product reliability. Multiple shoppers describe being unable to contact the company via email or phone, with no visible customer service options on the website. Shipping and tracking problems are common complaints, with customers reporting undeliverable tracking information and items that cannot be located. Additionally, one long-term Pyrex customer experienced a baking pan that shattered during normal use at standard oven temperatures, raising durability concerns despite the brand's historical reputation.
The stark contrast between positive and negative reviews suggests inconsistent execution. While some orders arrive quickly and well-packaged, the lack of accessible customer support appears to be a critical weakness that prevents shoppers from resolving concerns or managing returns.

Sorted by: Most recentThe durability on these glass containers really impressed me. What really sold me was how well the snap-on lids actually seal without leaking.
This turned out to be one of my worst experiences buying online. I placed an order and when it arrived, I needed to reach out to their customer support team about some concerns. I tried emailing them multiple times but every single message got ignored with zero response. Adding to that frustration, there's basically no real return process to speak of. It seems like they grab your cash and then you're completely on your own with nobody to help. This whole situation makes me seriously question whether this business is legitimate. When a company ignores their customers and refuses to help, that's not how you build trust. I'd suggest looking elsewhere before giving this place your business.
The website for this company has virtually zero customer service options available. There's nowhere to actually get in touch with anyone. I bought some items about ten days back and have no way to track them down. I got an email saying they shipped through UPS but when I checked the carrier's site, nothing showed up. Not a trustworthy operation at all. They charged my card right away but then give you zero information about where your order is. This company is impossible to contact and I can't recommend it.
I've had some Pyrex dishes for nearly three decades and they've never let me down. So I grabbed a couple of new deep baking pans a couple months back for making lasagna. Last night I decided to use one to roast a chicken at 375 degrees. About half an hour in, the whole thing shattered inside my oven. Thankfully it was just chicken, but my lasagna would've been ruined if it was in there. The quality has definitely gone downhill with their newer products. I don't feel comfortable using the second pan I bought for anything hot anymore. Glass chunks ended up all over the chicken and it was a total loss. Now I've got to take apart my oven to get all the debris cleaned out. I'm frustrated because I need to find safer baking pans that won't put my family at risk. Pyrex, thanks a lot for cutting corners and making a quick buck at my expense. You won't be seeing another dime from me.
