What Shoppers Say About RepairClinic.com
RepairClinic.com receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 23 reviews averaging 1.3 out of 5. The most common complaints center on a difficult, outdated website that is slow and confusing to navigate, making it hard to find parts and complete purchases. Customers report serious issues with order processing (items shipped despite cancellations, unauthorized charges), inaccurate product fit guarantees, refund denials, and unresponsive or rude customer service. Multiple reviewers mention the company has numerous Better Business Bureau complaints and describe their experience as a potential scam.
A small fraction of shoppers (9 percent) gave five-star ratings, though no positive review text was provided in available feedback. The dominant pattern across reviews is frustration with system reliability, order fulfillment accuracy, and customer support responsiveness. Shoppers consistently recommend avoiding the site and using local repair shops instead.

Sorted by: Most recentIf you need those hard-to-find OEM parts, this place is the way to go. Finding replacements is quick and painless here. They stock everything from ancient appliances to the newest models. No need to spend hours searching around.
I ordered an AC Start-Run Capacitor and it showed up covered in about 20 dents, some pretty deep. The packaging looked fine, so it must've gotten damaged during handling somehow. Looks like someone might've thrown it around. It's disappointing that they'd send something out looking like that. Makes you wonder how old the unit is and what kind of treatment it went through. I get that a few dents might not affect how it works, but it could definitely shorten its lifespan. Won't be ordering from RepairClinic.com again.
The customer service rep I talked to kept arguing with me instead of listening. The whole call was rude, awful, and just wrong. It was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I want to tell management that they need to get their agents some proper training before letting them talk to customers.
