Every time I try to contact customer support, I get a generic message saying they'll get back to me eventually. They never do. They ask for reviews even though I don't have the products yet. When I leave a negative review about the delays and lack of support, they respond but then just repeat the same empty promises about getting back to me. They even tried to get my reviews taken down for complaining. They'd probably claim they're dealing with a lot of requests, but that's been their excuse for months. They need to hire more people to actually handle this. Very frustrated and can't suggest buying anything from them. I did eventually get a response saying the item was lost in shipping and they'd send a replacement soon. Then another email says I'm in batch 21 and it ships in a few months. Another three months of waiting. This company is completely unreliable.
The Seaboard Rise is genuinely impressive technology and a solid example of MPE innovation. But the company seems to have shifted toward making things more beginner-friendly instead of supporting serious users. Products like Equator 2, Cypher 2, and Strobe 2 basically sit abandoned with no new firmware updates. When I contacted support about Strobe 2 a month ago, all I got was an automated message saying they haven't forgotten about me. I've tried following up several times with nothing. If you want MPE gear and you're doing serious work, the Rise is great, but there are definitely better options out there with way more responsive support teams.
Got the Airwave back in October as a gift for my son but it never arrived. I've sent multiple emails asking for an update and haven't heard back at all. No contact from anyone at the company. At this point I'm pretty sure I just donated $300 to a company that clearly isn't working properly and has essentially no customer service.

The Rise 2 showed up fast and arrived in excellent condition. This instrument is way more capable than I expected when I ordered it. Using it has totally opened up new ways to play and express myself musically. Getting precise with it will take some time, but I can already tell it's going to make me a better player overall. Really looking forward to spending lots of time exploring what this can do.

Really impressed by how much the ROLI team actually cares about their customers, even when it comes to secondhand purchases. Got tons of help with registering and activating my software.
