Sorted by: Most recentMy wife placed an order without realizing they'd tack on a $10 delivery charge. She wanted to get out of the purchase, but RW&CO wouldn't let her do it. I sent them an email to cancel right after she ordered, and their response was that the order had already shipped. I don't buy that at all. They clearly processed it on purpose knowing she wouldn't bother going to a physical store or paying to ship it back. Either way, the company wins. They even know that competitors like Temu allow cancellations within seconds. This business won't last long. We're done with them for good.
Lower than one star if possible. Customer service is nonexistent in practice even if it exists on paper. Same goes for the shipping company they use, total disaster. Don't waste your time ordering online. Over a week past the promised delivery date, they tell me the package got lost during handoff to a third party. That's $200 of my money just gone. I'm speechless.
This was a total nightmare from start to finish. I ordered a large sweater for my husband and I double-checked the email confirmation which clearly said large since it was the only thing I was getting. The confirmation that came back showed small instead. The package hadn't even been picked up for shipping yet, but when I called to fix it, they said nothing could be done once an order goes through. I asked to cancel the whole thing and they refused. The company looks like it's heading for closure soon because I've never seen a business be this uncooperative in my years of online shopping. I wish I could rate them below 1.
The clothes are decent quality overall. The problem is they sometimes use Purolator for shipping, which is honestly the worst carrier I've dealt with. I'm not sure how they're still operating, maybe because Canada Post keeps having problems. I just won't order from this store anymore as long as they use Purolator.
The company is acting dishonestly. I ordered items from two different stores, and both needed to be returned because they weren't right for me. Unfortunately, the returns got mixed up in the wrong boxes and got sent to the wrong stores. One of the other companies handled it perfectly by getting my item back to me with no extra charges. RW refused to send my item back even though I had all the tracking and delivery proof. I'm out $104 and the dress still had the tag on. It feels like theft. I spent over a month trying to get this fixed, kept being told a manager would call back, and never heard from anyone. How do you not return someone's merchandise when there's clear evidence you have it? Stay away from this company.
I'd give them lower than a 1 if I could. The sales staff seemed fine but they're just focused on hitting targets. Once you have an issue, customer service vanishes completely. My order never showed up after five weeks and they definitely kept the payment. Skip this place. They act like a middleman with no real fulfillment capability. Don't bother unless you find exactly what you want in stock. The prices, service, and quality just aren't there. I'm adding this review to documentation for legal action. I won't shop at RW&CO again, or anywhere else under the Reitman corporate umbrella.
Absolutely terrible customer service combined with what amounts to stealing money. My package has been stuck in transit since late November and it's been way more than 10 business days with no sign of moving. I keep trying to get in touch with the shipping carrier but can't reach them. RW&Co isn't doing anything to help and I'm out almost $300. This feels like outright fraud between them and the shipping company's failure to actually deliver.
Really let down by RW&CO. My order disappeared somewhere in the system, and instead of stepping up to help, they just blamed the delivery company and wouldn't make it right. I believed in the brand but that's completely changed. I won't be back as a customer.
