I bought over 10 items in one order and had to send back every single one because the sizing was all over the place, the cuts were weird, and the material felt cheap.
Way overpriced for the level of customer service you get. I placed an order for $400 and it never arrived at my house. The tracker showed delivered but my cameras proved nothing was dropped off. I sent customer service three separate emails over several days and got complete silence every time. RW&Co is on my boycott list.
The customer service here is really bad. I bought something and two days later it went on sale. The person I talked to told me to email details to the customer service team and promised I'd hear back right away. Still haven't gotten any reply and keep getting told to just wait. There are way better clothing retailers out there. I'm done trying. UPDATE: It's now December and still nothing. I've called customer service three times and every time get the same line about how back office will handle it. When I politely asked today if this could be pushed up the chain, the person hung up on me. That's real professional business practice right there.
Would give zero if I could. They lost my package and made me wait 10 business days before starting a claim with the carrier. Then another 10 days went by waiting for my refund, which never came. Be careful ordering from them online. I used to enjoy getting clothes for my boyfriend there but not anymore.
Disappointed with the whole process. They promised 3 to 7 day delivery, but after I placed the order they changed it to 9 business days. Now it's taking two weeks total. When I tried to stop the order before it shipped, they said it was impossible and I'd have to return it to a store instead.
The manager at the mall location in Edmonton provides outstanding customer service. She's always ready to go the extra mile and treats everyone with a genuine smile. Shopping there is always enjoyable. The whole team goes out of their way to help.
