Don't shop here. Placed an order online, paid in full, and they charged me for shipping too. Got confirmation emails saying it was received and shipped. Then suddenly I get a message saying the boots are out of stock and that refunds won't happen because I supposedly didn't pay. That's a total ripoff. I had to dispute it through my payment processor to get my money back. The crazy part is those same boots in my size are still listed as available on their site right now.

Wore them one time and the inside material already wore through. Not worth it at all. I'm glad I got mine secondhand with tags still on because paying full price for garbage like this would have been infuriating.

Scammers. I paid for next day shipping and have heard nothing since. They won't answer emails or phone calls even when I left messages. You're taking a huge risk if you order from them, but at least use a credit card so you can do a chargeback if needed. I'm having to do exactly that to get my money back.

They sent me used shoes. I ordered from their website and received a pair of Maryjane slingbacks that had been worn. Both shoes had scuff marks on the soles and were stretched out from being worn by someone else. I felt disgusted that any company would ship used merchandise to a customer. If you want these shoes, just go to a department store instead of ordering online from them.

Worst company and worst experience ever. Bought sandals from a department store and found a defect on one shoe but the other color I own is perfectly fine. Reached out to the manufacturer Sam Edelman and their response basically said since I didn't buy directly from them, they won't help. They also warned me about buying from unauthorized sellers and mentioned potential counterfeits. That's ridiculous customer service and doesn't make me want to buy from them directly.
