Saw that Doja Cat was using 6 pack city fitness and decided to buy their program for $75. I was really pumped about it but couldn't access anything they provided. After waiting 10 days with no response, I thought it was a scam and disputed the charge. They told me the materials would be available and I believed them, so I stopped the dispute. I kept emailing but after one quick reply, they ghosted me completely. Ended up getting charged with zero refund and zero way to contact them. I was interested in Six Pack Fitness bags for a while and finally took the plunge. The site had tons of great reviews so I felt confident ordering. I pre-ordered one and waited over a month. My gym instructor recommended their bags, so I ordered one from their UK site. The bag itself has great quality with excellent compartments and worked perfectly for work. I found it for £49 and placed my order via credit card. Got a thank you email right away and saw the charge go through. Then about an hour later I got a refund notice. The website went down for maintenance and just stayed down. My money never came back and I never got a bag. There's no way to reach them for answers. I had to report it to my credit card company. My advice is to skip this company and grab their stuff on Amazon or eBay instead.
