Love the muffins but keep getting undercooked ones! I really do enjoy smart muffins, however every time I get them they're not fully baked through. Just picked up another order and ran into the same problem again. Before I bought them this time, I tried calling and emailing to flag the quality issue multiple times. Finally got a hold of someone but he was incredibly hostile and actually told me I was making it up since it's happened to me before. The thing is, lots of people have complained about this exact problem with the Banana Nut Smart Muffins. But since I also had trouble with the Apple Cinnamon variety, suddenly I'm a liar! This is the second time I've dealt with this frustrating situation and gotten nothing but attitude from their staff! I've been a loyal customer for years and know exactly how these should come out. I won't tolerate being treated this way or throwing money away on their products anymore. Honestly feeling like I wasted cash since I've got a freezer full of undercooked muffins right now and I'm done dealing with their rude customer service team!
