Money Gone Missing. I placed an order for shoes that got confirmed with a tracking number sent to me. Two weeks passed with no movement on the tracking status. I reached out to the carrier and found out they never got the package. When I contacted Snipes to figure out what happened, their response was vague and they promised a refund that never came through. After reaching out multiple times over several weeks, I got different excuses each time: wait longer, ship back an item I never received, it'll be escalated to a supervisor, or it was already refunded (spoiler alert, it wasn't). Every time I reply to my closed ticket, they just close it again. This is clearly automated customer service with no real people available and nothing but generic template messages. Total waste of time and honestly feels like they're keeping my money on purpose.

Avoid This Place. Don't shop here. I never got an order confirmation email, got charged twice on my card, and there's literally no way to talk to an actual human being about any of it. This company is a nightmare and before you buy anything, check out the reviews on other sites. You'll see this retailer has a serious reputation problem.
