They took my online order and my money. The confirmation said it would ship in three days. Eight days later I'd made multiple calls and a customer service rep sarcastically told me 'It's only been 8 days, geez.' No actual update about my order. I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours just to get an answer from the warehouse. I asked to cancel and got hung up on. Eleven days in and there's zero update. No proof they got my cancellation request. No info on where my order is or if they even processed it. I asked to cancel a second time and the rep refused again. Same excuse about needing 24 to 48 hours. But it had been over three days since my last call, so that was clearly a lie. They won't deliver what I paid for, won't refund me, and won't let me cancel.
This place is pretty disappointing. I couldn't even find a nose ring that would actually stay closed once it's in your nose. They charge way too much for products that don't actually work.
I placed an order late at night and picked overnight shipping, expecting it to come the next day or Monday at the absolute latest. I shelled out $45 for that shipping. Finding out it'd take four days to show up was shocking and unacceptable. I only ordered from this site in the first place because I needed overnight service for an item that's tough to find. When I pay for overnight, I expect overnight. Their FAQ says they don't ship weekends but they shouldn't even offer overnight if that's the case. I didn't know this until after I'd already ordered and called customer service. To me, overnight means priority shipping. I'm actually embarrassed that I'd filled out a survey before all this recommending them and giving perfect scores. But things changed and now I have a bad feeling about the whole company. When something doesn't go the way it's supposed to, there should be a way to make it right. They didn't even try. They just didn't care. They picked FedEx for the cheapest option during the holidays so they could save money and boost profits. I'm without doubt very let down.
