Only one of the two dresses I ordered even showed up. The one that did arrive looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It's way shorter than advertised, the fabric isn't what they described, and it's smaller than the listed size. Sending it back to China would cost more than the dress itself, so that's not happening. Total scam, avoid this place at all costs.
I fell for their fancy website and ordered 2 tops. They're complete garbage. Not even close to what's in the pictures. The sizes are way off. Skip this company entirely.
I ordered what was listed as a 100% cotton top in size Large, but what arrived was a 100% polyester Small instead. The material quality was terrible. When I tried to get help, nobody responded to my complaints or my request for a refund. Also, shipping took about three weeks, which doesn't match what a US-based company should deliver.
Do not order from this company. The clothes fall apart quickly and don't fit true to size. This isn't actually a British company despite what they want you to believe. They'll make you ship items back to China before you get a refund. At first they tried to get me to accept an 80% discount voucher instead of my money back. They're misleading customers into thinking they're based in London or the UK. Total scam.

Spencer's used to be the place to go for solid products and decent help. I made a purchase and when it arrived, I got something completely different from what I actually ordered. I tried emailing them and just got an automated response saying they got my message and would get back to me. Spoiler alert: they never did. After trying to contact them three different ways, eventually the right item showed up. The strange part is the only notification I received was an order confirmation. Got some shirts from Spencer's at a mall location and they left the security tag on. Surprisingly it didn't set off any alarm when I left the store, which was weird.
