I've been buying Sperry sneakers for a long time and got them in multiple colors over the years. My latest pair in white is way worse than the older ones I have. The canvas material is thicker and rougher and hasn't broken in at all. They're just not as comfortable. I noticed the front stitching looks completely different now and the overall fit is different too. The toe area seems wider and the lacing is tight with no room to adjust. I need a shoehorn just to get my feet in them. Really not happy with how the quality has dropped overall.

Great shoes and their customer service has been the best. Not sure where those bad ratings come from. I've owned three or four pairs over the years and they've outlasted every other brand I've tried. If anything goes wrong just reach out to them and they take care of it.

I've had really good experiences with Sperry overall. One time I bought shoes and they fell apart. I forgot to send them back right away so it ended up being two years later when we finally did. They sent a seventy dollar gift card right away no questions. Just ordered two more pairs and they're solid quality products.
