I cancelled my order just 2 minutes after placing it, but when they responded they claimed it was already shipped and couldn't be cancelled. Now I'm stuck paying to send it back. Looking at your other bad reviews, clearly I'm not the only one having problems with this company.
The site itself might be okay, and they advertise a 30 day trial where you can return stuff, but here's the catch: returning a racket is expensive and takes forever. I sent mine back the same day I got it since I'd already gotten a replacement, and that was over a month ago with no updates since. You have to pay your own shipping costs too, so you're honestly better off selling used equipment elsewhere. This is especially true if you're shipping internationally. Steer clear of this site.
Placed an order on January 3rd for three items that showed as available. Didn't get any word from them until January 9th when they finally created a shipping label. The package didn't go out until January 10th. It took a full week just to get my order shipped out. Not sure if their inventory system was wrong or they're just really slow at processing orders, but either way it's unacceptable. No communication at all during that time.

Ordered a cybershape blade over a month ago and still haven't gotten it. I made sure to provide the correct address but the delivery had issues.
