They're tough as nails and will probably last forever since I'll never actually put them on again. These are simultaneously snug and loose and rigid, somehow. Just skip these and don't waste your cash.
Used a discount code and tried on three pairs of jeans. Two were one fit and one was slim. I liked the first fit but needed a different size so I exchanged it. Then I wanted to swap the slim fit for another pair in the fit I liked, but they said I could only return the slim and buy the other pair without the discount since I'd 'already used it.' Love the jeans themselves, but I'm not going to support a company that picks profit over building relationships with customers. Maybe I'll try another pair if they have a sale going on.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've dealt with. Got my order and there was a size issue. The rep assured me the exchange would ship expedited or overnight. I sent the original back with USPS the same night. Next day I checked on the exchange and saw it went out as regular shipping instead. I was traveling internationally and needed it by a specific date and had mentioned this. The rep promised to mark it high priority, but nothing happened. By the time it didn't arrive, the item was gone and I requested a refund. This was a total letdown coming from another brand.
