Shoppers consistently praise Endura Technical Cycle Clothing for the durability and quality of their products, with reviewers highlighting long-lasting shorts, reliable gloves that perform in cold weather, and well-fitting base layer shirts. Customers also appreciate the company's fast shipping, competitive sale prices, and hassle-free returns process that honors original sale pricing on replacements.
The primary complaint centers on order fulfillment, with at least one shopper reporting an order cancellation without explanation or advance notice. This isolated issue contrasts sharply with the overwhelmingly positive feedback about product quality and customer service.

Sorted by: Most recentThis is a fantastic jacket for cold weather rides. It fits sleek without too much bulk, the pockets are really convenient to reach, and I appreciate how long it is in the back. My one wish is that they offered brighter color options for female cyclists. Since I mostly ride on pavement, visibility matters a lot to me, and it would be great to have a choice that doesn't require layering an extra hi-vis piece over top.
I've owned multiple pairs of Endura bibs and they never disappoint. I'm 200 pounds and fairly tall at 6 feet 4 inches, with measurements of 34 inch waist and 35 inch inseam. The XL fit provides enough length to overlap with shoe covers, which sets them apart from many competitors. Living in the rainy Pacific Northwest, these have become my go to for staying comfortable on outdoor rides throughout the year.
This isn't my first pair of Endura bibs and they continue to impress. At 200 pounds and standing 6 feet 4 inches tall with a 34 inch waist and 35 inch inseam, finding proper fitting gear is tough. The XL size is long enough to come down over my shoe covers, which is something most other brands can't say. Being up here in the Pacific Northwest where rain is basically a way of life, these bibs are essential gear if I want to ride year round.
Ordered a Christmas present back in November and it never arrived. Tracking showed nothing after early December, and when we called customer support they said the shipment got lost somewhere in transit. The company didn't reach out to let us know, and by the time we found out it was too late to get another one before the holidays. They wouldn't arrange expedited shipping either, so the gift didn't make it in time. Not the experience we hoped for on our first purchase from them.
The actual cycling gear is outstanding, honestly can't complain about that at all. Unfortunately the shipping experience was terrible. USPS handled the last leg and refused delivery claiming I'd moved, which wasn't true. The carriers they partner with seem to struggle with address reading, making the whole process a nightmare. I had to track it down across multiple post offices before they finally sent it back, and I eventually got it. I'd strongly urge them to stop using USPS. The products themselves are truly excellent, but until shipping gets better I can't bring myself to order again. The delivery personnel are letting down what could otherwise be a perfect experience.
