Ordered a large cashmere sweater that didn't fit right, so I sent it back through a major courier right away. Five weeks later and still no refund has hit my account even though the courier confirmed delivery at their facility. Customer service keeps requesting additional courier receipts and has been slow and unhelpful throughout this whole ordeal. Meanwhile I already went ahead and bought a medium in the same style and paid for it upfront.

Hands down the worst customer service I've dealt with. This place is a complete mess. The customer service line is always closed no matter when you call. When I finally got an email back, the person was rude and didn't help at all. Save yourself the aggravation and don't bother with this brand.

Here's what happened: I called with a simple question about returns and the customer service person flat out said they weren't interested and didn't have time to help people outside the US. She made it crystal clear she doesn't want to deal with international customers. She clearly realized how insulting that sounded and tried to backpedal but still didn't actually help me. So if you're confused about why they have an international website when they treat overseas shoppers this way, I am too. I won't be spending money with a company that operates this way. It was my last purchase from them.

The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me or making a sale. They were genuinely unpleasant to deal with. Honestly it made sense that I was basically the only person shopping in the store that day. Location in Washington D.C.

They make beautiful clothes. Unfortunately their corporate customer service is basically nonexistent. Voice mails never get returned. I've sent multiple emails with zero responses. From now on I'm going to buy their items through department stores or other retailers instead of ordering directly.

If a package gets lost in transit and you don't catch it within 10 days, this company won't lift a finger. I lost almost a thousand dollars and they basically shrugged. Their customer service approach is the absolute worst. I have all the proof to back this up.

Trying to deal with them is like chasing someone who doesn't want to be found. Call customer service and you get a recording telling you to email instead. But then nobody responds to emails either. It's incredibly frustrating.

This company is absolutely terrible. Truly the worst.

Never experienced customer service this bad in my life. Not only do they hide the final sale status on products but good luck getting them to help you resolve it. This needs to be escalated to senior management because it's completely unacceptable.

This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. They fail to be clear about which items are final sale and then don't bother responding when you try to figure out what to do about it. Someone at the top needs to be made aware of how bad this is.
