Ordered a horse shaped bag charm and while the packaging and delivery were fine, the actual product had some serious quality issues. There are loose threads sticking out in multiple spots and the lining has gaps where the seams aren't fully closed. I'm pretty annoyed that I spent $29 on this. Definitely check carefully before you buy!

Picked up some stuff from their site during a sale and everything arrived exactly as advertised. Despite all the Black Friday craziness, shipping was pretty quick. Haven't needed customer service before, but I did return something previously that wasn't working for me, and they gave me store credit so I wouldn't eat the return shipping cost. Seems like a solid online retailer overall. I usually grab Baggu products in person at my local mall store too. Update: I actually did end up talking to their customer service team about something and they got back to me right away with a solution. Really appreciate the help!

The customer service at Baggu is honestly dismissive and doesn't seem interested in keeping customers around. I honestly don't think they're properly trained to handle retention. I lost a small pouch and checked their FAQ only to find they just offer replacements for people in the US. I wanted to replace the pouch without buying a whole new bag because buying a full bag felt wasteful. I'm in Canada, so I'm technically international, and I reached out asking if I could cover the cost plus shipping to get a replacement sent my way. It's pretty discriminatory to treat customers differently based on location when you operate globally. Two different reps on their team kept coming up with different reasons why they couldn't help - saying it was about cost (which I offered to pay) and environmental concerns (which is exactly why I wanted a replacement in the first place). None of their excuses actually hold water, and there are clearly solutions they could offer. One rep literally shut down the conversation and didn't engage with my points. I genuinely liked Baggu and their products before this, but their undertrained team has completely changed how I see them. If you can't ship a pouch internationally, just be straight about it instead of making up reasons.
