What Shoppers Say About EVERYMAN
Everyman has a highly polarized customer base, with reviews rated 2.3 out of 5 by 10 shoppers. The business receives praise for comfortable seating, good food selection, attractive decor, and helpful staff when service is present. However, a significant portion of customers report serious issues with unresponsive customer service, including difficulty accessing memberships, unresolved warranty claims, and long wait times for phone support. Some reviewers also mention concerns about pricing relative to competitors and inconsistent facility maintenance such as inadequate air conditioning.
The most consistent complaint across reviews is the lack of customer support responsiveness. Customers report sending multiple messages without replies, being unable to reach staff by phone, and unresolved issues that leave them frustrated and out of pocket. These service gaps appear to undermine otherwise satisfactory product and facility experiences, and several reviewers express hesitation about returning or trusting the company's advertised policies.

Sorted by: Most recentThe actual item is fine enough, looks decent visually, but the carabiner broke on mine. I tried to use their lifetime warranty to get it swapped out and after sending several messages I got nothing back. You'll definitely receive your order, but don't expect great customer support or them to actually honor that warranty they advertise. Not worth purchasing from this company
Overhyped, overpriced and way too hot. The AC wasn't functioning during one of the hottest days we've had all year. I asked multiple employees if something was wrong since it was stifling in the bar area and they said it would be cooler in the theater. Nope, it got even hotter. Asked again about turning on the air conditioning and was told it would kick on when the movie started. That didn't happen. The manager finally announced free ice water from the bar because of the heat. What was supposed to be special turned out pretty bad, especially since we had to ask to move seats because we couldn't see past the safety rail. The seating isn't very comfortable even with cushions. The food was acceptable but the tables are way too small for the plates. Overall a miserable outing and we won't be returning. Overpriced, oversold, and overheated. When I mentioned this to staff on the way out, they said there had been problems but they thought it was fixed. It clearly wasn't and we should have gotten a refund instead of sitting in that sauna
This is about a digital marketing platform and I just want to know when my money's coming back. It's been two weeks now and my instructor hasn't replied to any of my messages. I've lost everything I put in and have to return borrowed funds. This seems like a scheme and I need my money back. Does anyone else have experience with this platform? I'm in serious financial trouble right now
I only go to this theater because it's the closest option to me. Calling it luxury is a stretch when the newer updated Vue and Cineworld locations offer better experiences. The food lacks flavor and their customer service is pretty disappointing. Got put on hold at 6pm and when I tried calling back the message said the office was closed. Previous times I called I waited over an hour, then another time I held for 40 minutes before giving up. Being an Everyman member, I thought I'd get treated better. Really the only good thing going for it is the previews
Visited the local Everyman location and had a fantastic time. The seating was super comfortable and the food selection was really good. Plus the holiday decorations were beautiful and the team working that day was really helpful and attentive
I bought a membership that I'm unable to access through their website. I've been calling and emailing for days straight with no resolution. Nobody picks up the phone. I have my membership card, my membership number, and proof of payment. Got one email back saying my membership isn't active. So what's going on here? Did I basically just hand over 95 dollars to this place for nothing?
The setting was absolutely beautiful and the staff was really friendly, but unfortunately the food was absolutely the worst I've ever eaten. We celebrated our anniversary here and spent over 110 dollars on a completely disappointing meal. It's such a letdown because I would have loved to come back if the food had been decent
My brand new shoes got stained pink from the theater seats and the stain just won't wash out
I really enjoy Everyman, but maybe it's worth thinking about updating the restroom signs from 'Everyman' and 'Everygirl' to language that works for everyone? For some people this would actually matter quite a bit, even if most folks don't think twice about it. Using more inclusive wording would mean a lot to people
