Got exactly what I was looking for and it arrived super quickly. I needed a specific shoe that they had in stock, a HOKA Clifton 9, and everything went smoothly. The product showed up right on schedule and is performing great.

What a nightmare experience. A staff member told me to order two different sizes of Altra shoes and return what didn't work. Problem is, Altra changed their production, so one size was too tight and the other was too loose. I sent both back but then the refund never came through. After calling back a month later, I was told I'd get store credit instead of my money back. When I asked for proof of damage, they claimed it was too late to verify. I asked to return the shoes myself to resell them, and they said they'd already donated them. This has been the worst customer service I've had from any athletic shoe retailer, and I won't be coming back.

Had a fantastic time at the store getting fitted for sneakers since we both deal with foot pain. On two separate visits, my wife and I were both impressed with the knowledge and care from the retail team. Beryl at the Maryland location was especially great, patient and thorough in explaining what each shoe offered. I get that other people have complained about the online system and membership program, but visiting the physical store was outstanding.

Fantastic company! I've been shopping with them for two decades and they never disappoint. The staff is genuinely helpful and straightforward about their products. They've got a solid range of shoes at fair prices. Only thing I'm waiting on is Nike releasing the Air Max 2018, but Road Runner always has excellent alternatives to recommend.
