Why in the world was my shipping charge over $300?!?! I just wanted a frog light. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Got a Tayto plush that had problems. The filling was way too thin and the dimples never showed up properly. I've been trying to fluff it every single day for the last month but it's still not forming the way the mochi plush should. Reached out through their chat and they wouldn't refund or accept international returns. You'd think ordering directly from their website would be better, but apparently not. I paid extra for their international shipping too and I'm stuck with a sad, undersized plush that looks nothing like what was advertised. Really disappointed by their response.
This company is truly wonderful. I needed a replacement boba fridge and they just shipped it to me free, no questions asked, didn't even ask me to return the old one. If products aren't in stock, why keep them listed? It's annoying to get disappointed and have to reach out constantly just to get cute toys. They seem totally unbothered by frustrated customers.
This happened a year ago but it still bugs me. They keep you in the loop about shipping and delivery every step of the way. Everything arrived wrapped up perfectly. Even with the heads up that delays were possible, my stuff came super fast. I grabbed the Boba toasty plush which was incredibly soft and smelled like lavender, some Boba keychains that light up and look adorable, a reusable Boba tumbler, and Boba slippers that felt nice and had good grip on the soles. Every single thing was excellent quality. Definitely ordering again. Smoko, you're killing it!
