The agent said her name but ignored my questions and logged off at 6pm. Got a message saying to try again tomorrow. No thanks.
Solid overall experience. My order took one extra day to arrive than they said it would but it still showed up quickly and everything was in good shape.
Only ordered once and that's all I needed to know. Bought a gift for about $25 and paid $3.99 for shipping, which came super quickly so that part was fine. Problem is they sent me completely wrong item. I called and they said I could return it and reorder but I wouldn't get it in time. Return shipping at the Post Office would run me $1.50 to $2.50, plus another $3.99 for the new shipment. I'd be spending almost $10.50 to fix their mistake on a $25 purchase. Most normal companies give free return labels or refund the shipping when it's their error. The way they operate is honestly shocking and I won't be back.
Got my tracksuit super fast. They split it into two boxes when it shipped but everything was wrapped nicely and arrived in perfect condition.
Lately they've been cancelling my orders constantly. I've had 5 cancelled now. Plus 3 more got shipped and then came back, and when I asked why they weren't delivered they blamed DPD and paperwork issues. This company wasted so much of my time and I lost money on currency conversion since I didn't get refunded the same amount. Very upset about it.
Hands down the worst retailer I've bought from and the worst customer support I've ever experienced. Oh and if you need to return something? You're paying through the nose for it. This is literally the first place I've seen that charges you to return items. Completely unacceptable.
Absolutely terrible experience with this site and their shipping partner. I placed an order on April 3rd and it shipped on April 8th. It made it to my area by April 15th but the carrier kept refusing to deliver. On May 20th I got notified the package was missing, and Aramex confirmed it was lost on May 24th saying they told the sender. Here's the problem though - JD Sports refuses to do anything about it or reimburse me for what their carrier lost. Two months later and they're still dodging responsibility.
One star because zero isn't an option. Ordered two pairs of sneakers and only got one. I've tried emailing them, messaging on Instagram and Facebook, and I haven't heard back from anyone. This is unacceptable - they took my money and won't help. Don't waste your time ordering from this place.
Worst retailer I've dealt with. I placed 3 orders and had to wait longer than a month for each one. Sent 3 separate emails asking for help and got the exact same generic response every single time. Very disappointed. Just received my latest order today but I'm absolutely done shopping here.
