I followed all their steps for two weeks, submitted photos of the damage, showed proof of purchase, and then they told me since I threw away the broken item I couldn't get a replacement because I hadn't defaced it. Over sixty dollars completely gone. They don't stand behind their warranty or their products at all. I had no clue I needed to keep a broken toy around just to destroy it on camera.

Be careful with Little Tikes ads on Facebook. They look trustworthy with those fake reviews and professional credentials but don't fall for the discounted prices. I placed an order through one of their links and never received it even though tracking showed delivered. When I contacted their customer service, I only got automated responses back. When my bank flagged a suspicious charge, that confirmed something was seriously wrong.

Assembly on this is incredibly frustrating. You'll need two people who are reasonably strong, plus an electric screwdriver and various tools just to get it put together. The instruction manual is hard to follow and I definitely won't be purchasing this again or recommending it to anyone.

Returning stuff to them is annoying. They make you fill out a label and ship it yourself through USPS, which ends up costing way more than what you paid for the items in the first place. Amazon handles returns way better. Going through Little Tikes will cost you more than the toys are worth.

This is nothing like the Little Tikes I loved back in the nineties when my kids were growing up. I got a Cozy Coupe for my grandsons and it arrived missing a hubcap. They sent another one but it took ten days and it was the wrong one. Now I'm waiting on a third one. I even asked if they could speed up shipping and they said probably but then it took three days for them to call back with a tracking number, which hadn't even shipped yet. By the time it arrives it'll be a month since I originally ordered. Little Tikes won't be my choice for grandkids anymore. Customer service has been absolutely terrible.

This company is a disappointment. Their one year warranty is basically worthless because they claim there's nothing they can do when something breaks. Shop elsewhere where the business actually takes care of customers.

This was by far the worst purchase I've made. I bought a Little Tikes truck for a first birthday thinking it would be super easy to put together since I had one as a kid. The assembly was a nightmare. Even though the instructions seemed straightforward, nothing fit where it was supposed to. I can't recommend this to anyone and honestly you should look at different brands.

This cottage playhouse is absolute garbage and I would give it zero stars if I could. My granddaughter turned three and this is what she got to play with thanks to Little Tikes. The whole thing is flimsy and will blow away with just a decent wind. I'm so upset that I bought this and I won't be purchasing anything from Little Tikes ever again for her. I'm looking at other brands instead.

My experience was terrible from start to finish. I ordered something and they sent me the wrong item. When I tried to return it, I had to buy my own shipping label which cost a hundred dollars more than what I originally paid. I'm stuck with something I don't even need now. I will never shop from this website again. This company is essentially stealing from people. They ship tons of items but can't even provide a prepaid return label when they mess up. Total scam.

If you're thinking about buying their stuff, skip their website and just order from Target or Walmart instead. When you order directly from Little Tikes, your package shows up damaged. And if something breaks, they make it a pain to get help and won't actually do anything about it. You'll end up disappointed no matter how excited your kids were to get the toy. Save yourself the hassle and use a different retailer.
